Louis Vuitton and De Bethune unveil the LVDB-03 GMT Louis Varius, part of the Louis Varius Project and aligned with Louis Vuitton’s Art of Travel. Collaborating with Master Watchmaker Denis Flageollet, the project merges a modern interpretation of the 18th-century Sympathique with De Bethune’s DB25 GMT Starry Varius. It highlights visionary partnerships and supports the Louis Vuitton Watch Prize for Independent Creatives, including mentorship for emerging watchmakers. Housed in the Tambour Taiko case, polished titanium is blued via De Bethune’s thermal oxidation, creating vibrant color and dynamic reflections that showcase Louis Vuitton’s design and De Bethune’s technical expertise.
