| BaselWorld opens on positive signs expected. |

BaselWorld the worlds largest and most important show for Watch and Jewellery industry opened its door today Thursday, March 18 in Basel.
With 160,000 square metre of floor space, BaselWorld 2010 is Switzerlands largest trade event show casing innovative products and trends.
The opening ceremony was performed by the Federal Council Moritz Leueberger, Christoph Bruntschin (Councillor of the Canton of BaselStadt) Jacques J. Duchene (President of the Exhibitors committee and Rene Kamm (CEO of MCH Group).
The total of 1,915 watch and Jewellery Exhibitors from 45 countries are present at this years event to showcase their latest products and collections. All expectations among exhibitors and visitors that this years event should herald a phase of recovery or upturn for manufacturers and the trade.

| Middle East shows highest rates of growth for swiss watch exports. |
|
A recent study conducted by the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry has declared that the UAE and Saudi Arabia showed some of the highest rates of growth across the board. Swiss watch exports in general showed steady growth in February providing clear confirmation of the trend of previous months. Their value rose to 1.2 billion francs, an increase of 14.2% compared to February 2009. During the 1st 2 months of the year the sector exceeded the 2009 level for the same period by 8.6%.
Many markets showed positive results in February. Hong Kong saw it's level rise significantly by 17.1%, the United States also finally returned to growth with a 18.7% margin. China also made strong progress moving into third place with an outstanding 49.5% growth, followed by Italy, Singapore, and France. |

The purchase of this 7 floored landmark luxury store from Egyptian business tycoon Mohammed AlFayed will cement Qatars investment foothold in the UK market and in the worlds luxury shopping scene. Such investments will further strengthen the Qatari rich states position as a key player in the global luxury scene. Harrods currently encompasses 4.5 acres and welcomes over 15 million customers per year. |

| Christies stage public exhibitions and auctions in Dubai |
Christies stage the first of their biannual series of public exhibitions and auctions in Dubai from 25 to 28 April 2010 at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers which will include important Middle Eastern and Iranian PostWar and Contemporary art, together with a dazzling selection of Jewellery and Watches.
Individual estimates range from $10,000 to $400,000 and a leading highlight is a selection of masterpieces from the Collection of Dr. Mohammed Said Farsi, the former Mayor and Lord Mayor of Jeddah and one of the most influential collectors in the Middle East; 25 works of Egyptian art include masterpieces by Hamed Nada, Mahmoud Said and Abdel Hadi ElGazzar. |

Bulgari has appointed British fashion designer Matthew Williamson to design a capsule collection of handbags for Spring/Summer 2011.The capsule collection will be the first collaboration between Bulgari and a fashion designer, and will be presented during Milan Fashion week in September 2010.

The LANGE ZEITWERK by A. Lange & Sohne has been awarded Watch of the Year 2009 by the registered users of the website timezone.com, one of the oldest and most influential web forums dedicated to watches.
